Corn and tapioca porridge recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams of water
- 300 g of various vegetables (potatoes, carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, celery, aromatic herbs for broth)
- 20 grams of corn flour and instant tapioca
- 50 grams of chicken fillet
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation
Prepare the broth with the washed and cut vegetables. Separate the vegetables and set aside. Slowly pour the corn cream and instant tapioca into 180 ml of vegetable broth (to avoid lumps); mix with a fork. Chop the steamed chicken fillet and add it, along with the mashed vegetables, to the cream of corn and tapioca porridge. Season with olive oil and serve.
Banana and Apple Milk Compote Recipe

Preparation
Heat the milk and, when it is hot, pour it into the blender with the pieces of fruit (the apple must be peeled). Mixer.

- 75 grams of oatmeal
- 100 grams of growth milk
- 1/2 apple
Preparation
Wash, peel and chop the apple. Add it to the milk and stir in the rolled oats. Simmer gently for half an hour until a smooth, creamy mixture is obtained. Remove from fire. Let cool and serve.
Vegetable Mash Recipe

- 1 large zucchini
- 1 large or 2 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 50 cl of sweet or extra olive oil
- 1 liter of water
Preparation
Put all the vegetables cut into pieces of about 4 cm in a large amount of boiling water. Cook until they are tender then pass to the vegetable mill. Add a little olive oil, let it cool for a moment and serve this delicious puree to your baby.
