Ways To Get Pregnant In The First Month Or week

Learn how to increase your chances on conception and get pregnant fast and easy!

  1. Bid Goodbye To Your Birth Control Pills

Get rid of anything that is hormone based and long-term, thus, giving your body its due time to adapt and adjust.

Perhaps, you would have spent quite a number of years trying your best not to get pregnant.

That is why it is a little more important to give yourself time to become both mentally and physically adjusted. So, gradually embrace this beautiful transition from “Oh, I can’t be pregnant!”

to “Please God, I hope it is good news!”. Believe it or not, it takes some time to get used to it.

  1. Adjust your diet for optimal fertility.

Incorporate fertility-boosting foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, soy foods, and olive oil.

Avoid trans-fats and partially hydrogenated oil, found in frosting and some baked goods.

These are so bad that the FDA just outlawed them! Food companies have 3 years to comply, so, for now, you have to police it yourself.

  1. Take Your Vitamins

Many studies show that taking prenatal vitamins, such as folate and vitamin B6 increases your chances of getting pregnant quickly.

Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) have been linked to better embryos in IVF and smarter babies overall.

There is also strong evidence that prenatal vitamins lower the chance of birth defects, so begin taking them immediately.

  1. Stay Updated About Your Monthly Cycle

Here, we are not talking about complex math problems like trigonometry and calculus. But, get set to do some simple math. So, if you have a standard 28-day monthly cycle, you are most likely to start ovulating on the 14th day.

So, mark the day that you start menstruating and then subtract 16 days from that date. Now that you have the number in the head, know that you are most likely to ovulate for five days after that particular date.

Still seems like a lot of math to you? Don’t worry as there are enough websites and applications available that can help you determine your fertility window.

  1. Use The Right Lubricant

Contrary to popular belief, having sex every day doesn’t lower sperm count, so feel free to have as much sex as you please, and enjoy it.

But, if you are dry, use Pre-Seed, a sperm safe lubricant developed specifically for couples who are trying to conceive.

Pre-Seed is properly pH balanced and isotonic to mimic a woman’s fertile fluids and optimize the journey for sperm.

Mimicking natural fertile fluids, it allows swimming sperm to move freely and its pH balanced to match fertile cervical mucus and the pH of sperm.

  1. Cut the caffeine.

Non-smoking women who consume about 2-5 cups of coffee per day cut their fertility by 12 percent.

Consuming caffeine has an even worse effect on male fertility, where having 5 cups of coffee a day will cut his fertility in half.

An alternative to getting more energy?  Try getting a full eight hours of sleep- it will enhance your mood and your health.

  1. Don’t Stress About It

We understand that this is easier said than done. But, worrying rarely helps. Of course, you might feel stressed about not hearing the good news when you are trying. But, do things to distract yourself from these unhelpful bouts of stress. Perhaps, eat an entire bucket of ice cream or watch a movie curled up in your couch. Do what you have to do to keep yourself relaxed and optimistic!

We hope that these tips help you unfold a beautiful, new chapter in your life. Until then, wishing you loads and loads of luck!
